The Botterill family are located 20 minutes down the road from Gelston in Croxton Kerrial and have proudly kept the family farms traditional farming practices which have been perfected over generations. 
 
The Bronze turkeys have a texture, flavour, and succulence that can rival that of a goose. They use a slow-growing bronze turkey to produce the mature bird, just like their other birds. The turkeys are dry-plucked and matured before being prepared, resulting in an unrivalled quality and flavour.

All the turkeys come with giblets, which can be used to make the best gravy. This is included in the bird weight.
