Our grass-fed lamb mince has been ground coarsely to hold flavour and to give your cooking extra body. It can be used for making an array of wonderful, quick dinners. We recommend using it for a homemade shepherd’s pie, a creamy moussaka, or even make your own burgers or meatballs. The possibilities are endless!

All our lamb is born and raised on our farm in Gelston on our species rich pastures in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Our lamb is hung for 7-10 days so it can mature which helps it develop its depth of flavour and increases tenderness.
