Fancy something a little different but don't have the time to marinate your lamb?

Well we have done it for you! These delicious chops are still amazingly tender but with the added sticky mint glaze make for a perfect quick mid week meal or great on the bbq.


Lamb cutlets are taken from the saddle which is one of the most tender lamb cuts. They are the same cut as a rib rack.

All our lamb is born and raised on our farm in Gelston on our species rich pastures in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Our lamb is hung for 7-10 days so it can mature which helps it develop its depth of flavour and increases tenderness.
