Our Moroccan burgers are made with our own special spice mix with dried apricots to add a hint of sweetness. These burgers are spiced rather than spicy and go well served with Tzatziki. Perfect for a bbq or any day of the week!
Moroccan Lamb Burgers
All our lamb is born and raised on our farm in Gelston on our species rich pastures in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Our lamb is hung for 7-10 days so it can mature which helps it develop its depth of flavour and increases tenderness.
