Our Stuffed Lamb Cushion is a whole boneless shoulder stuffed with a lamb mince meat which you can choose one of the following flavours:

This joint makes for a great centre piece to any meal. It's very easy to carve and is so simple to cook leaving you time to enterain your guests or spend quailty time with your family. We would recommend slow cooking.
Stuffed Lamb Cushion
All our lamb is born and raised on our farm in Gelston on our species rich pastures in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Our lamb is hung for 7-10 days so it can mature which helps it develop its depth of flavour and increases tenderness.
