Whole lamb boxes contain the following as standard:
2 x Legs cut into 4 joints 2 x Shoulders cut into 4 joints Approx 28 Chops 6x Leg Steaks 4 x packs of mince 1 x neck ringed 1 x Liver, Kidneys & Heart (sometimes offal isnt returned from the abattoir)
The Boxes can be butchered to your spec e.g. legs left whole

Information
All our lamb is born and raised on our farm in Gelston on our species rich pastures in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Our lamb hung for 7-14 days so it can mature which helps it develop its depth of flavour and increases tenderness.
